It is highly unlikely that the storm will disrupt voting. The storm should have passed before V-day, the main issue here is power and basic services. If the storm is bad enough to kill power to the eastern seaboard for 10 days, then yeah, there will be problems. Time will tell.

The real question is this- will voting be postponed before the storm hits (or during the storm) as a preemptive measure? The states have the ability to postpone voting for 14 days.

CNN is begging Obama in hope that Romney's momentum will stall. Not to mention that Obama and his administration can react to the crisis and come-out looking like a caring president and hero.
