With weather like it is now, my typical dress is low cut boots, jeans, polo, v neck sweater, peacoat, and maybe a decent looking scarf if the wind demands it. Nothing crazy or fancy, but simple and clean. Jesus, I'm younger than 30 and I already dress like an only slightly more fashionable version of my father, who is a computer geek by the way, if that tells you anything.

Anyone shave their scalp, especially with a safety razor? I've been using a SmartBlade for over a year now, and I'm wondering about switching to something else. I nick myself pretty well about once every two weeks, and it's getting old. But I like the bald look.

I've paid my dues also. Now I want to be comfortable. I worked for 30+ years in dress clothes. Usually wear khakis and business casual dress shirt.

I wear a filson vest nearly daily now that the weather is cool. It's just the right length to cover a OWB holster that rides just above the pant pockets.

My boots are Wisconsin made contracted out by Duluth. I love these boots. Comfortable built like a tank and affordable.

200.00 is affordable for shoes? I would never spend that much on footwear that was just for casual wearing even when I was practically swimming in money I wouldn't have done that.

i'd say it depends on the type, quality and style of the shoes. I've got a pair of boots i paid $200 for in college. That was 10 years ago. They are still going strong. I'd gladly pay $20 a year for a pair of good shoes, so why not $200 for a pair that will last me 10-20 years?
