This sucks my marriage is over, as much as I hate the house I have too much stuff for an apartment. Tool box, tools dirtbikes etc. Guess I will have to get a storage unit and an apartment until I can reduce the quantity of crap I own.

That does suck but this is a great opportunity at a new beginning and doing what you want when you want without having to bounce it off anyone. Plus, it gives you a chance to sell a bunch of stuff you really don't need and have some extra money. Which given your current situation might go straight to other things/people, but I digress.

Yes, the single life was okay when I was 20 but having someone to share life with at my age is priceless.
