get a good agent, let them take care of it. and if travelers does not want to get your money, someone else would love it in this economy. but i would lean on my agent way before hiring an attorney.

Let me get this right. People are telling you to get an attorney to sue a giant insurance company so they will insure you? LOL.

I'm sure the thousands of dollars it would end up costing you would be well worth what you might/might not lose by giving your money to a company that actually wants it and isn't pushing you away... This is genius.

My thoughts exactly.

Shop around. Years ago I got irked at my auto insurance company for paying out on a wreck that was the other guy's fault. I found a new insurance company that beat their price by a large margin for better coverage!

You might want to try GHS (http://igetghs.com/, 1-888-i-get-ghs). It would be supreme irony if you ended up saving money on this deal...

There are very few problems a lawyer can handle better then just standing up for yourself and raising a stink, and I am good at both. Quiet and bashful is something I have never been accused of.

I've never been in this situation, that's why I was asking if a lawyer was needed. I prefer to fix things on my own but sometimes a lawyer is needed. I will get them that Vet letter since my dogs have to be seen by a vet anyways. I don't think I should have to but I just want this issue gone. I have too much other crap in my life to deal with then this. I appreciate everyone's comments on this. Keep them coming guys.

If there wasn't a provision in the contract then then you've got a case I would think. Seems they would have to be very specific about the breed or weight/height it seems. Otherwise, I'd cause a big stink to the insurance commissioner. They listen when he comes callin. :D
