The same crowd that hates government regulation insists that something should be done
The insurance company obviously believes the dogs might be a huge liability that might cost them a large settlement at some point if they mangle someone.
It's their business if they want to sell you coverage and no one elses.

But Buckeye, the thing is, he is pretty much spot on.
Contact a lawyer who specializes in "insurance law" or "bad faith claims".
Except that he isn't. We have a very diverse group here. I personally side with those who say "Don't make a lawyer and and insurance company who doesn't want your money, any richer." But I know many of my friends on this board would say "Contact a lawyer." Quite frankly, I find the responses to be right in line with the character of the board.

He is spot on about the hypocrisy that pervades a lot of the posts here. It is a obvious many people employ a double standard; one for themselves and family and another for the rest of the world.
Don't take personal offense, the phenomenon is not unique to this board.
