:D Yeah, she and Bobby, Sr. need to move over and let the youngsters have a crack at it ... Well, I guess Bob, Sr. has decided to do just that ... now if he can just talk some sense into Linda ...

How old is she? I noticed that her age is the second suggested search on Google, so I'm sure people are curious. All I could find was that she got her Bachelor's in 1973, which would make her around 60 assuming she went to college right after high school.

Bob Barry, Sr. is almost 80. I'm guessing Jr. is around 50 (started his radio career while in high school in 1973).

:rotflmao: That certainly appears to be a closely guarded secret, huh?? :P

For the life of me I have never been able to understand why women are so touchy about their age ... I am insanely proud of the fact that I made it to 52 in relatively decent shape ... :woohoo1:

If I am lucky I will be like my grandmother and live a long, long, long life (mid-90s when she passed) and go in my sleep, just like she did.

I vote we all vote to change the name to Goobernatorial, in deference to the fact that we have no good candidates to vote for. Ever. As a matter of fact, I vote we rename all public offices some inane derogatory term. It's the only way we'll ever get back at them for screwing us over all the time. At least then we make fun of them when we refer to their official title!

Anyone second the motion?

I think we should take a lesson from NV and have an entry call "None of the Above".

Listening to politicians becomes like listening to Charlie Brown's teacher at some point: "waaah...waaaah, waaah". It is as annoying as listening to a dental drill so I tend to avoid both for similar reasons. I'll become an informed voter without the annoyance factor.

That's the problem with being an informed voter, once you start listening to them you may decide you'd rather blow your brains out.

Hence why so many people don't care/don't know about politics.
