You weren't there. You have ZERO clue as to what actually happened. NONE. The only thing you can base your judgement on are the little snipets of information the media has put out. That's not enough to pass judgement on someone who may be able to articulate that he felt that this life was in danger.

Off duty OKCPD or not based on info provided I dunno his shot was justified. After all he wasn't on duty, it was a misdemeanor crime and he could have gotten physical descriptions, tag info and vehicle info and called it in.
