It will probably be December before my son gets Halo 4 for me. I still play Halo Reach pretty often.
The grenade pistol is one of my favorites. A pleasant improvement over the sticky launcher from Reach. I did find out something cool in matchmaking, last night. I found out that if you shoot a Banshee with the railgun, it'll kill the pilot and leave the Banshee in tact (as long as it's not almost scrap to begin with). I think there's a glitch with the plasma grenades. I'm pretty decent at sticking people with them but I swear I've seen them sail right through someone. I also found out that if the other guy's shield is down and his health is low enough, hitting him with the grenade is enough to kill him without it going off.

I got Halo 4, simply because I've been a big fan of the franchise from the very beginning. This one doesn't quite have that Halo magic that Bungie gave it. The campaign is pretty good but the multiplayer is a bit lack luster compared to other options out there now. For me, Battlefield 3 is hard to beat for multiplayer.

Not hard to improve on teh suck that was GTA4. I hated that game.
