I read a lot of post about some of you all getting mad about hoarding, how would you define hoarding? How much is too much? I'm asking this to the ones who say some are hoarding, not you guys who have 50k rounds and want more!
I got caught with my pants around my ankles on ammo. I only have 2~300 9mm left. Iv'e got close to 1K in 45acp most of it reloads. 60 rounds of AAC300BLK and about 300 brass sized, processed and primed just need powder and boolits for them. 2K in 5.56 and 40 rounds of 30.30 5K of 22lr
If you didn't stock up before the election you screwed up.
Kinda, it's out there, it's just expensive!
I think as it pertains to some of the frustrated folks on the board, hoarding is only hoarding when someone else wants to stock up at the same time I want to stock up.
I am a card carrying ammo hoader! So what. I had the money, I had the time, I HAVE ammo now. Cheers.
This is how I feel. I usually get a good Christmas bonus and try to stock up for the year, this year sucks because it's costing twice as much and harder to find.
I think right now the term "Hoarder" is being used mostly for people who are buying it up anticipating a shortage and resell profits, not people who've bought up over the years.
But what do I know?
For the most part I think people well learn from this and not shoot up all thier ammo everytime.

Good answer. My problem is timing, this is when I can afford to stock up. I was down to 5-600 rounds, I'm back up to 8k and my goal is 10k.
