Harvested peppers are ground into a mash on the same day they are harvested and then placed, along with salt, in white oak barrels (aging barrels previously used for Jack Daniel's Tennessee whiskey).
Gettin ready to watch some football. Gonna make me a bigazz frito pie with some leftover chili from Friday nights dinner. Add some cut up onions, shredded cheese, and at the table I have Louisianna hot sauce and El Yucateco habanero red to put on top of that. Yumm.

Not sure what I was thinking, can't really use it for much, other than daring gullible friends into a miserable evening. This stuff is like dipping a chip in OC spray.
I became part of this club about a year ago, and receive 3 good size bottles of hot sauce from all over that I woulnt be able to find here local, and it equals out to around 8 bucks a month
