I dont know how many hours a week I work

I work from the time I get up, until the time i go to bed.

89-100 hrs a week.

Same here. I've had several weeks that were 120+. Too bad that includes running-a-business work rather than it being 100% billable.

Some days I miss being an $11/hr computer technician on a state-funded paycheck.

Self employed work is seasonal for me Feb thru June 50 hours +, July thru Aug 20-30 hrs lots of 3 day weekends, Sept thru Dec 21, 50 hrs +, Take off during the holidays until Feb 1.

Salaried so it doesn't matter how many hours I work. So typically about 40ish.

I work my 40 regularly but I am on call 24-7 and since I'm not salaried I log the after hours calls as OT. Typically OT amounts to less than 5 hours a week. My schedule is pretty awesome and I have a lot of flexibility which is great too. I have worked some crappy jobs with some terrible hours, so I feel quite fortunate to be doing what I do now.

My first job averaged 54 hrs a week, my second 50 per; now I'm loafing along at a mere 46 hrs a week. Maybe someday I'll get two days a week off instead of one....

I put in a solid 40 each week at job #1...I also teach one night a week at the local community college...in total about 45 hours a week.

I know for some it is seasonal, and it varies a lot, but say on average, around this time of the year, holidays and all.

I'm currently working about 80 hours a week, but will have some time off. 240 hours in 21 days. On average I used to do 14 12-hour shifts a month, but have stepped it up to 18 lately to pay for my niece's college and my MIL's surgery and Christmas. I did 20 12's last month. Ugh. Of course some people will look at that and say, "You have 10-12 days off a month??? What are you complaining about???"


Anyways... on to the poll.

not allowed to get more than 40 at my full time job, we're scheduled 39... got a 2nd job and get 10-15 hours a week usually.

Way less than 20, but i'm retired now and just do what i want to do or else what absolutely has to be done that i can't get my kids to do
