I fear that we become the downside of open classifieds.
It has changed. I mostly just deal with people I know. I never had a problem with no shows, tire kickers, or people backing out in the past. The last couple of years this has become a problem. I don't think it is a change with the OSA classifieds, it is a change in the people coming to OSA.
Hear hear. I prefer to deal with people I at least "know" in here. If I wanted to meet behind Rudy's Stop-N-Rob after dark to do a FTF, I'd go to Armslist . But I won't.
No one's telling you who to trade with, you can stick with longtime members or give a new guy a chance, totally up to you.
The reason I allow everyone to post in the classifieds is because that's how I got into forums myself, I used to swap and sell on a local site here in GA, that was the first forum I was ever active on.

Some of you seem to be wearing your under drawers a little too tight. Loosen up, give the boys a little room to breathe, the fellas will think you and you'll feel like you have balls again. j/k
I don't remember when I joined OSA, but over the years I have had excellent experiences with many of you guys, buying and selling. I have never had a no-show, or any of the other complaints. I'm sure there are some duds on here. That seems to be the case with any organization these days. I am very happy having met those of you that I have had the pleasure of meeting, and there are probably some great "new folks" joining recently also.
