Is that a range closed by Norman and Lexington area?

Heard from a guy that he shoot at a range closed by South Norman and Lexington area and it is free out door range. Does it need hunting license to shoot there? Any input is appreciated. Planning to shoot AR and hand gun if possible

There is a shooting range on the South side of Lexington WMA. It requires a hunting license to shoot there.
