Jeff Cook, Alabama Lead Guitarist has died

I always loved the way he played, I knew he was in bad health for quite a while and had issues with Parkinson’s,
I have tickets to see Alabama on the 27th, it’ll be strange knowing he’s gone.

Helluva musician, really made Alabama's sound in the early 80's. Played fiddle, keyboards and guitar.

Lot of memories running around with my buddy's down around lake Dirtybird in the 80's with Alabama, Hank and Waylon blaring in a 69 chevy short bed, or my buddy's 70 chevy pickup.
