This was all listed as a marathon yesterday on directv. I set it up to record and what happens? I get a marathon of Mr. Ed.

Lol same here, that's what got my hopes up to watch it then found it on Netflix.

Received an email from amazon, selling the whole collection for 50% off. Didn't click the link and deleted the email but wouldn't think it would be too hard to find.

I own some of them. I didn't find the later ones to be very good. It's like, OK, he's a lonely alcoholic. Next.

But the first ones were very good.

I watched the four available on Netflix.
Outstanding.
Since they were so good I went ahead and ordered the 8 movie set from Amazon for less than $45.
Should get it in a week or two so I can watch the other four movies.

Does anybody know the proper order to view the movies?
I was having trouble figuring it out from the release date.

The movies were good enough that I went to the used book store and bought a couple but decided I prefer the movies, unusual because most time the book is better.

Actually, Night Passage should be viewed first. It was a prequel to Stone Cold. It introduces Jesse and shows his trek across the US from California to Mass.

The rest of the viewing order is correct.

I watched the last of the movies over the weekend.
My only regret is that they are over until the next movie gets made.
