Good advice.
4 weeks ago I had 5 fellow officers asking if I could help them build some rifles or where to buy them. I said "give me the money, I'll order the parts and we build them". They said "let me talk to the wife" or "I need to save up some money". Now they're all calling me asking where to find rifles and if I can help them build one. I just tell them "Nope. Not going to happen for a while." I have mine and they're wishing they had their's.
I pressured a few family members and a friend to get an AR to no end after the election because none of them had one. A few got the 6920 and one got a S&W Sport. I've got dinner and a LOT of beer coming to me.

No one to blame but myself. I've been busy with work and just didn't do it. Wife even said, why did you not get it. I've found a place that has a waiting list and the wife suggested getting more than one. I love this woman.
Only problem is they didn't buy mags when I told them to.....
I have new Pmags for $125 each. Ha ha ha Just KIDDING!
Well that's better than what I quoted them.
