Kitty Cats

I’m relatively new to cats, and I heard it’s got something to do with raising nerve ending to increase pleasure. All I know for sure is all 4 of mine do it.

It’s a stimulation area. They like it for a bit but then can be overstimulated and bite you. Our Maine coon will let you scratch there for about 3 seconds then he flips over and bites.

And as you know, they're all different.
My current cat has yet to get aggressive if I'm scratching her there, and she likes her whole belly rubbed too.
My last cat would plot your death if you even thought about her belly.

I'm with ya bro! No animal felines around my place in the country. Feral cats are the #1 predator of wild game when the folks that want to free willey dump them out where we live.

I think they bow up like that to give you a better handle to grab and toss them over the fence.
Yea like I get close enough to a live cat to grab it.
