@Engineman1960 I've watched a few videos and have done some reading on the Sig Sauer P210 Target Model in the past couple of days and I've got a itch for one really bad........maybe I'll get lucky and hit the lotto tonight. :)

I wasn’t really in the market -- walk in to Sports World Tulsa; It was mine.

Shoots better than I can -- I was shooting off a Rest at 25 yards, couple of fliers (my fault). Was very happy with the results.

Wish I had better eye sight; 2 inch orange circle target gets blurry at 25 yards.

Still lots of fun.

30 years ago -- I used too love shooting my Colt Gold Cup -- I kinda like this better (I believe, I shoot the Sig better -- that was a long time ago) !!!!!!

If your ever in the Broken Arrow Area !!!!!

That would be yesterday,,,
It was the first time in along time for me.

I had planned to take a lady for her first shooting session,,,
So I had packed a small selection of guns that she showed interest in.

Two S&W Snubbies, one in .22 and the other in .38 special,,,
Model 34 and Model 36.

Two DA/SA semi-auto pistols with external hammer, one in .22 and the other in .380 ACP,,,
Bersa Thunder 22 and Thunder 380.

One .22 LR/9mm DOA semi-auto pistol,,,
Ruger LC9 with a Twisted Industries rimfire adapter kit.

As often happens, she stood me up,,,
Texted me when I was halfway to the meeting place.

But it got me up and out so I went to the range anyways.

I decided to practice with the LC9,,,
It had been almost a year since I fired that gun,,,
I changed it to .22 LR and shot about a hundred rounds.

Man I had forgotten how long/mushy that trigger is,,,
At first I was doing good to hit the ground,,,
But after a while I found the break again.

My range is a private members only club,,,
Lots of socializing goes along with the shooting.

I had forgotten how much I enjoyed my trips.

Next time I'm going to take my old single-shot .22 rifles,,,
I have a WZ-48 Polish Military Trainer and an ES 340b Mauser.

Both rifles just beg for some slow shooting at metal animal silhouettes.

.22LR rimfire Day:

Started off with my Ruger Precision Rimfire .22LR:

Range Day - 2020-09-08-3.jpg

Kinda like cheating -- Just shot the 25 yard spinners !!!!!!!

Then went to handguns:

Use the McFadden Loader on the Kimber Conversion 1911’s; Sig Sauer P226 Conversion and Ruger SR22; loaded 10 round faster than can shooting them. I have the Italian .22lr conversion for my 92F, used the Beretta loading tool. The Browning 1911-.22LR magazines are like the Glock 44 and have tabs on both sides of the magazine.

Shot 50 rounds (Federal Auto Match) in my Suppressed Glock 44; went to the next bay and asked if they wanted to shoot the Glock -- 40 more rounds of Auto Match and 30 rounds of Remington Golden Bullets -- Gun shot flawless; even with 2 relative new shooters.

Left the range around 8PM -- Glad the range has light -- Excellent Day !!!!!!

Shot 150 9mm reloads on Monday. I was testing out a few loads with 124gr Gallant bullets & Sport Pistol powder. I can get those bullets about $30 cheaper per 1000 than several others, so I bought a box of 500 to try out. Thus far, they seem 'ok'. Their weights ranged from 115 to 118, so they aren't the most consistent bullets I've tried out to date, but they seemed to shoot well enough to be a cheaper option for general range use.
