It's not selective, it's discretionary.

How do you know they're loaded? If they are unloaded, then the employees are modeling the merchandise. Is the officer supposed to assume that they are loaded, detain each employee, and then proceed to verify that a crime has not been committed?

i agree with the first part... but the last part wont ever happen unless they all get on there motorcycles and start running up and down the road...its all about the enviroment...

I worked in a Pawnshop, in Altus, for over 6 years and always carried in the open. Had a lot of regular LEO's as customers, and no one ever even asked about it ... unless they wanted to know what you were carrying for comparrison putposes.

If Taymoor loses his CCW because he accidentally exposed his pistol while riding his motorcycle, then everyone that intentionally breaks the law by open carrying at a place of business that they do not own & reside should rally support him and demand change in our state laws!

If you are guilty of open carrying at a business that you do not own and reside there, and fail to support change to our laws, then you are part of the problem. Either conform to the law, or help reform the law.
