I think If you don’t use PayPal on a regular basis then the money is on hold with PayPal because it was all sent “Friends and Family.” Could take up to 21 days for the hold to end.

Probably should have used strictly Venmo or something else.

It sux the I r s wants to track (and tax) every dollar of income. These transactions were not income, but I would anticipate seeing the 1099-K and including it in your return as pass through or gifts.

Yeah but it's not about all the 'gifts' you received (from donors via 'friends & family') but it's the amount of money you transferred from PayPal to Lowe's that's going to put you in the .gov spotlight.
