I asked my tax lady about this and this was her response...un Fing believable.

Well he can take some of the extra and tuck it in the safe to cover the taxes.... and it may not even cost Rick any thing, I do not think you get paid for sitting around looking for eyebleach material... But I don't know , I do not play an accountant on the boob tube...

I suppose this is an instance where cash is still king. Not near as convenient to get gathered up in one spot quickly but it’s easy to fly under the radar. CHenry you don’t need a piece of lawn equipment for a deduction?

Short answer-yes
But I love going out to my buddy’s land and acting like a kid. The last time we were out there, we had to drag the RAZR out of the creek. The wives took a wrong turn. It was 2am ish. We still laugh about it.

WTF! I don't understand what all this legal stuff actually means. Am I going to get some sort of letter from .gov because of the amount of my donation or because it was done thru PayPal, or is everyone just jumping at shadows?
