Dad just recently started refurbishing his old CJ-5. He had the inside sprayed with tan Line-X, and went to the Ford dealer to get the code for the candy apple red paint, I'd say its coming along nicely.

My 1952 M38a1. Not the best pics, but I will take some new ones soon. It is 90-95% original and I plan on restoring it back to original sometime soon. For a 60 year old Willys, she is super clean and runs strong.

Nice looking Willys! Nice looking retriever as well. I like the climbing Mt. Cherokee pic too. What is the circular indentation on the front fender on those? I've always wondered what they were for.

Thanks Okie! The indent on the side was used for some type of power plug. I've heard it was for everything from jump starting airplanes (sounds far fetched) to powering the radio units on communication jeeps. It is located under the battery box so I do believe it is for a power port.

I need a Jeep. Seems most are manual trans though.
