Loud Jet sound in South BA

Did anyone just here the EXTREMELY LOUD jet-like sound (or something similar) in the south BA area?

Could have been a safety lift on a plant that uses steam.

Don't know of any plants around here... I've been here for 5 years and haven't heard anything like it.

It sounded like a fly by of some sort but was LOUD... and lasted for a while.

Yes. I wonder if it was a low flying F-16. Sounded like it was moving pretty quick.

I heard it too. I figured it was a plane that had to fly a different route though. (101st and county line area)

Friend in that area said he thought a nuke was going off. Weird.
