While on a work trip on a whim I walked in. Ordered a burger and coffee. Watched them build it and sank my teeth into the absolutely most delicious burger I have ever had. Must have been the 100 year old grease.

Yeah, they have the really good 'soft, flaked' ice --- so good in a soda!!

As we've aged, the tolerances of the older human body dictates that even though we love the "absolutely delicious burger because of the grease," if we partake of it, we better be close to home. I'm thinking that the grease "lubricates" things to where they want to exit the body quickly and often. (Especially the "often.")
