Shooting at Border Patrol is pretty much a weekly occurance. Not saying it's not a big deal, but the frequency is growing.

Mexico is not going to do anything about it except blame us for the guns in our country.

If the Mexican government looked the other way as long as the gangs were attacking each other, why should they act any differently in this situations. I guess their thugs can shoot at our people from the other side, but we can't do anything about it? That sounds fair.

I'd say that's giving the mexican government a lot more credit than they deserve. From all the news I've read, it sounds like there are plenty of government and military officials getting paid to participate. There are widespread accounts of military outfits doing dirty work for the Juarez cartel.
