So a municipal airport is owned by fed. (gun can be locked in your car in designated parking area), but its leased by the city(carry on grounds but not inside buildings), but all the buildings are owned by private individuals(owner discretion) So what would be the ruling on carry here?

Municipal airports are owned my the municipality, who usually receives and is addicted to Federal money, which might suggest that the occupied Federal government would likely consider it to be a victim's disarmament zone. Practically speaking, the generally very gun-friendly on-airport businesses are highly unlikely to rat you out since they are likely also in possession of firearms.

I know it’s posted with gun buster signs now but before Tulsa International was posted I ask the on duty Tulsa Cops the same thing. They were really cool about it and wanted to know themselves so they bumped the question up to their boss. The answer they came back with was that in the commons areas the only thing they could site someone with was having a concealed weapon without a license which of course I had so I would be good to go.

Of course anything near security checkpoints and beyond is clear NO GO areas.

Now it’s posted no carry so even though I believe in the concealed is concealed line of thinking, rule #1 of don’t be a dumb a$$ comes first.

Sorry, I know I didn’t really answer the question. Also, a municipal airport does NOT necessarily get federal funding like regional airports do.

I work at one is why I ask and nobody know anything other than what I stated, that the land is owned by the fed, nothing their is funded by the gov, and its leased by the city, and all the buildings are privately owned, but you don't own the property just the building. This airport is completely open their is no security of any kind, and I'm pretty sure that if someone called the local police on you they wouldn't know either.

Just because land is owned by the feds, does not necessarily make it a GFZ. It depends on which branch of the federal gov. owns the land. While a national park owned by one branch of the fed. gov. may comply with local state laws, other branches may prohibit entirely. You say the city leases the land, but do they operate the FBO? If the building is operated by a private company, that would be a different situation than if the city staffed the building. This would be a good question for the legal entity with control over the airport. If you can't find that information, PM me and I can get it for you, or just post which airport it is.
