I voted for all non firearm related names. They are members of your family, and I dont believe in associating their names with tools. And FWIW, my youngest daughter's name is piper wren, so I am terribly partial to that name.

I voted for Piper - that was the name of the best running dog I ever had. My wife named hime after my friend whose last name was Piper. He was a beagle. The best coon dog I ever saw was half catahoulas and half black & tan.
