what kind of man doesn't already have a shovel :anyone:

Yeah, but how many men do you know who get to dig every single night of the week?? :anyone: I'm telling you (as a woman who's a hard nut to crack) that certain, seemingly meaningless (to men) gestures are tantamount to falling on a sword (to women) and the vast majority of women are willing to repay that kindness in spades ... (And in ways that would make any good mother's ears burn ... :wink2:) :D

You know the majority of cholesterol you have in your blood is MANUFACTURED in your liver...and what causes you to produce it is SUGAR and SIMPLE CARBS....eating butter and steak gives you cholesterol in your diet but doesn't stimulate the liver to produce cholesterol, and if you eat low carb exclusively, then your liver will not make as much cholesterol. Where people get into trouble is eating high carb, high sugar, and high cholesterol diets...then they are getting it at a greater rate than needed and lack of anti-oxidants and then you have a problem.

Increase the following in your diet: oats, eggs, and bacon. Seriously, especially the oats and eggs. Make sure you are supplementing Vit D (5000 IU minimum) and Omega-3 (1-3 grams/day). Lots of fresh veggies, shoot for ~1lb/day especially of leafy greens. Make sure you're drinking enough water. Try to cut out as much processed/refined sugar and flour out of your diet as you can (nothing against flour, just try to use quality unbleached flour). Make sure you're getting 20+ minutes of physical activity per day (anything that will get your heart rate up).

Remember, dietary cholesterol has nothing to do with serum levels of cholesterol!
