I seem to remember seeing, what I believe was, a US Code probably a decade ago or more. It was basically a requirement for persons of draft age to own a rifle of military usability with so many rounds of ammunition. Anybody else remember this? And if so, do you know where to find it at? The normal google searches don't turn anything up.
