Ok I'm in. We just built a house in a new hood . Everyone is great other than the neighbors that LOVE to party . I've had to ask them multiple times to keep it down so we can get some sleep . I can literally hear every conversation they have because apparently it's easier to just effing yell at each other to talk . Last weekend I caught one of them pissing towards my house, Weiner and all out in plain sight. Oh how did I discover this? By being in my daughter's room at the right exact moment to see it from her room . Why do people suck so much?

Seriously, I would have ... you should have ... reported that. Don't give it a reason/excuse to escalate. Because it will.

Sorry. No pity for you. This is like people who build homes within 1/2 mile of a drag strip then complain about the engine noises all night. Sell your house and move back to the city. You moved into his neighborhood. Don't try to make it like where you came from. this is exactly small scale Californians moving to other states and enacting laws just like "back home".

Nope, not like a drag strip at all. There is a reasonable expectation that a drag strip will be loud. There is also a reasonable expectation that neighbors will act like reasonable people. Parties and conversations are fine, but if they are lasting well into the night, the neighbors have a reasonable expectation of it being quiet enough to sleep. Even if the neighbors were being unreasonable and inconsiderate before he moved there.

And I agree with whoever above said they would report the indecent exposure. That is not only unreasonable, it's illegal.

Next time he does pop his pecker with a paint ball and tell him next time you will enough evidence of exposure to a minor and have him locked up and be registered as a sex offender. Bet he won't piss again.
. Indecent exposure as a minimum. Plus what is to say this individual isn't up to something? I would pursue the matter vigorously because of the daughter! The guy may be a real sicko.

Had a guy helping move someone in where I am at a few years ago pull his junk out and piss in the parking lot, which was also right in front of someones apartment window. They never got a chance to finish moving in. The same guy also was later that day nearly in a fist fight with the office managers husband in the parking lot.

Never fails there is always some BS going to happen with someone somewhere if you have a neighbor. I have generally been lucky but most of the time most people don't even want to interact with me, and I am happy for it. I have maybe 3 people in the whole place that I actually know the name of beyond that I wouldn't stop to gawk if they were laying on the ground on fire.

If I had a little more to get started a trailer on 20 or 30 acres out in AZ would be a grand thing.

the guy he's complaining about didn't have a neighbor til he built his house. Just something to think about.

We moved in 3-4 weeks apart. Guess you missed the part about a brand new hood? Every house out here is less than 2 years old

Thing is, piss in your backyard all you want . Just try and be a little discreet instead of broadcasting it to the world .

Maybe, but the guy he is talking about bought a house where he knew that there would (or at least might) be a neighbor at some point. If he wanted to be able to make noise all hours of the night, and piss in his front yard, he could have bought a bigger piece of property where he wouldn't have to worry about neighbors, but he chose to live where someone might be next door. You can't act like a cretin just because you were the first one there. Most places also have laws against disturbing the peace and disorderly conduct without regard to who took up residence first.

Geez, there must be easier ways of getting out of helping someone move...
