Are you referring to the Form 4473 you fill out when you go pick up your lower? if so just show up fill out pertinent info, name, address, sex, height, weight, answer a bunch of yes no questions, if you are a felon, restraining orders, US resident, sign and date. Bring your license. They call it in and if your approved you walk out w/ your new lower.... if that's not what your talkin about ignore all above and carry on.

Palmetto State has their lower build kits and LPKs marked down cheap. Just FYI. I still need to pick up my lowers.

Sorry I just saw this - Cadesdad - this was a prepay - We gave people about 3 weeks to send in Money then we ordered because we had to get at least 15 to get that pricing. Sorry that you missed out.
