again, i don't know what she did or did not do. But as the article pointed out, she wasn't the first and probably wont be the last. Neither side of this debate should be casting stones.

but to use your example, the officer might not let you off, but he or she might write you a ticket for 10 over instead of 20 over. The punishment is not always consistent across the board.

You're right, and I think this time she'll just get a verbal warning with a friendly chuckle.

Ah, so Hillary drowned a mistress in her Oldsmobile and was impeached for lying about cigar banging an overweight intern? As for the "your administration", read the entire sentence again, maybe it will make sense to you. Or not.

You might try to move your lips when you read. Secondly, since I don't have an "administration" that did as you suggest your use of the word "your" matches your grade level in reading comprehension ... OR you are (again) trying to childishly deflect away from what Clinton has allegedly done.

i think it's great that so many would rather dismiss the article because it is from NPR instead of address the fact that cabinet secretaries of both parties have been investigated for mishandling classified information.

I really don't know what Hilary did or didn't do, but lets not pretend she was the first.

Have any cabinet members ever had 147 FBI agents as well as the career lawyers at DOJ investigating them? Have any cabinet members ever conducted government business on a private server?

Who is trying to "pretend"?

I'm not sure about the private server, but several republican cabinet secretaries used personal email accounts.

And from the OP's article , "One instance of that emerged in 2008, when the Justice Department's inspector general found that former Attorney General Alberto Gonzales mishandled secret documents.

Investigators said Gonzales improperly stored notes on some of the most sensitive issues in the George W. Bush presidency: the detainee interrogation program and the warrantless wiretap program. But no one outside the government apparently got their hands on the materials, and the Justice Department declined to prosecute him."

I honestly don't know if you're really that dense, of just doing a damn fine job of acting like it. Either way, just as with your previous incarnations, you have proven tiresome so into the naughty box you go.

The issue about the private server. Was she negligent of keeping America's secrets safe and was she using a private server to keep government records away from IG or other audits is part of the problem for Ms. Clinton.

To add ... When Michael Hayden (ex NSA/ex CIA) was asked about Clinton's private server he stated that if he knew of a ranking diplomat of even a "friendly country" doing that, he "would move heaven and earth" to get to that information. Good bet our "friends" and our enemies feel the same way and were aware that Clinton's email was not a State email when they saw "Clintonemail.com".

This will come down to IF Obama feels saving or throwing Clinton under the bus will benefit his legacy and what the fallout could be to not prosecute if the case is strong that they should.

Mindless deflections for political convenience followed by running away to find a soft warm spot in the sand. Ace's "naughty box" more like ...
