The big B&B in Norman is the Montford Inn near the Library. If that's where you're staying, Benvenuti's is good as well as close--they're within walking distance if the weather is cooperating, on the north side of Main at the railroad tracks (it used to be the original Interurban). I haven't eaten in the restaurant, though, so I can't comment on the ambiance or the prices, but they occasionally cater events here, so I can say that their food is good. (Also, I'm pretty sure most of their deserts should list what proof they are.) Coach's is across the street from Benvenuti's if you prefer something more casual (it used to be a nice restaurant with an attached (also nice) pool hall, but I haven't been there in years).Heading to a b&b in Norman for the anniv.......
The Garage has pretty good burgers. It's east of the railroad tracks on the north side of Main. Parking out front can be a pain, but there's a lot on the north (Gray St.) side. The Diner (a few shops east of the Garage) makes really good burgers, but they're only open for lunch.
If you go a little farther east, not far north of Gray St, on the west side of Porter Ave, you'll find Van's Pig Stand, and you can support a fellow OSA member.
There's always Restaurant Row on the west side of I-35 (I-35 Frontage Road north of Main; Ed Noble Parkway south of Main). Red Lobster, Saltgrass Steakhouse, Ted's Cafe Escondido, some Japanese-style restaurant (Yamato or Yamahshita or something like that), and maybe a few other restaurants are north of Main; BJ's, Chili's, Charleston's, Olive Garden, Johnny Carino's, Red Robin, and Interurban are on Ed Noble Parkway. Johnny Carino's is really good Italian food for a chain; Ted's is pretty good (not as good as the original in NW OKC, IMHO), and Saltgrass is pretty good, if you like slabs of dead cow (which I do).
If you want to wander down to Campus Corner (it'll be OK, even if you're wearing some punkin orange...maybe... ) you can try O'Connell's Irish Pub (I like their burgers; I'm told they have a really good Monte Cristo) or one of several other restaurants/bars in that area. The Greek House was always about the atmosphere, but the Greek family that owned the place reportedly sold it and retired, and I haven't made it over there to see if the new owners are doing it justice.
Edit: I forgot about the Service Station on Webster Ave. They do more sandwich-/burger-style food, but the restaurant is nice.
