Everybody should watch "Missions that changed the war: The Doolittle Raid" on the Military channel. I know they're at least showing part 3 tonight, but probably also showing parts 1 & 2. Those were some courageous SOB's.

I envy you; visiting the Arizona Memorial is definately something I want to do in my lifetime. Sobering but fascinating too, I'm sure.

I lost a great uncle on the OKLAHOMA. RIP - Virgil Smith.

I lost a great grandfather during the attack, he too was on the USS Oklahoma.

Seeing the sillouette like that is quite humbling. Many lives were lost that day.

It was a special day in our history.....My dad was a "Pearl Harbor Survivor". He was in the Navy for 23 years. He passed away a few years back at the age of 90.

Thanks to ALL who serve in our Armed Forces.....
