I woke up about 5 this morning and could not get back to sleep so I thought I would watch some TV. I had recently added IMDB TV to our Roku and decided to check that out. I watched an old episode of the Red Skelton show. Not sure what season but an early one I think.

If you have Roku or several other devices you can get IMDB TV for free. Some old shows, some newer and some not so old movies.

The best thing about Red Skelton was that he was family friendly (didn't need to send the kids out of the room).

I never heard anything bad about Skelton, but Clem kadiddlehopper is said to have been an *******.

I really like his "break down" of the Pledge of Allegance, it's probably available on YouTube.

He was a really big thing in the 60,s....I loved to watch his show. He did comedy the way comedy should be done.....

We been watching a lot of FETV on DirectTV. Mostly golden oldies.

I watched one of the old Charlie Chan movies on IMDB just last night.

Most of Red Skelton's stuff was clean but he did have one joke where he had been handed a note, a purse was found in the lobby and Helen Hunt in the lost and found had it. So if you were missing a purse you could just go to Helen Hunt for it.
