Facts?? So a family of 5 that makes 50K per year is leaching off the government, the elderly, military, etc.. will never learn to take responsibility. Also it is best to keep his wife out of media so they don't get tired of her. Also it would be easy for him to be president if he was Latino...

Considering the majority of blacks voted for Obama and the biggest percentage of black voters ever came out to vote in 2008 then I would say the last part could be a valid statement.
EDIT notice he said latino and not black? It sounds to me like he knows who he needs to win over IMO.
That family of 5 is paying tax as are the elderly, military, etc. Read the rest of this thread and if they ever put up the rest of his speech maybe we can see what they cut out.

I for one think he was speaking the truth. Just like Obama did with his "bitter clinger" statement. Obama was speaking to a like minded audience and he just confirmed what we suspected. What he confirmed with that statement was how he really felt about conservatives that hold traditional American values. Romney did the same thing in front of his like minded audience. The one big exception was Romney wasn't degrading anyone. He was just stating the fact that there was a segment of the population that would not vote for him no matter what and gave some reasons why these people felt the way they did. The ironic thing that is lost on most folks, is that the vast majority of the people he was speaking about not voting for him live in RED states. IOW he's going to win those states anyway, so just where is Romney's big political blunder again?
