This is great for State control, but our Fed Government is planning on signing several world treaties before the end of the year with the UN that could nix all this with UN binding law powers that the US will have to follow and there will be no recourse.
I couldn't disagree with you more on that. The Senate has to ratify all treaties, and treaties cannot supersede the Constitution.
Also, from a more pragmatic standpoint, there's little chance the current administration would stir the pot in such a dramatic way in an election year, throwing all that red meat to their opponents.
