Green causes me less issues too.Really liking the green reticle on the Holosun's, If you have astigmatism green is the way to go. Have my 3rd headed this way, a 507C on the fun gun, a 507K on the EDC and a 407C on the .22.

Keep in mind that those two are meant for use on an AR, so they’re more than likely going to be ALOT higher than is needed to just see over the sight hood.I'm looking at two different ones right now.

I'm leaning towards the Sig Sauer for two reasons,,,
It has the option of a red dot (119,95) or green dot (129.95),,,
So even if I go with the green dot (which I like) it still $40.00 cheaper.
They both look as if they are tall enough to clear the carbines front sight hood.
Decisions, decisions, decisions,,,
I hate making them when I really have no clue.

Try to go for the full Romeo 5, it has shake awake. That means you never have to turn it on or off, it comes on when you pick up the weapon and is ready to go.I'm looking at two different ones right now.

That’s a feature Holosun offers too that I can’t get used to. I still turn mine on and off with each use.Try to go for the full Romeo 5, it has shake awake. That means you never have to turn it on or off, it comes on when you pick up the weapon and is ready to go.

Yep, it will do that in cars.I sorta like this feature,,,
Even though I'm certain I would turn it off,,,
But I'll tell you a funny story about "shake-awake".
A buddy of mine bought a very high-dollar red dot with shake awake feature,,,
He mounted it on a "get me home AR style rifle" that he let live in his trunk.
Apparently the movement of the car was enough to "shake it awake",,,
It ran the battery down between range trips.
