The woods. Seriously.
Just about any public land around Tulsa will have squirrels. There's lots of public land around keystone, heyburn, and the navigation channel at chouteau.
Well, if you hadn't qualified it geographically, I'd have said you could come on down to OU's campus. You don't even need a firearm, just a handful of peanuts and a ball-peen hammer...
