You can buy a standard black unscoped FV-SR for $100 less at alot of Okla Walmarts, if you consider that scope and camo to be worth ffl+shipping+$100 it's a good deal

I'm considering acquiring a .22 rf bolt action. Not looking for high end or ultra-budget something in the $500 +/- plus a decent scope.
What's the thought?
I had a Ruger Precision Rimfire and it was a very good $500 rifle. I purchased a CZ 455 used and have not looked back. New or Used a 455 or 457 will more than fit your needs. I'm looking for a group that shoots 50 yd benchrest close to home (Tulsa) and plan to purchase a 457 for that when it happens.

I have a Tikka T1x that is an absolute wonderful budget rifle. And one of the few choices if you’re left handed. Supposedly CZ is making the 457 in left handed but none of my other afflicted friends have found one yet.
This is a WONDERFUL rifle. Gets my vote and I own 11 remfires
