That makes sense too. It's just crazy to think that someone would actually pay for more wild hogs. Great for you though! It would be nice if there was a place to take them so the could be processed to feed the needy. Oh, and I wanted to throw in my kudos for the shade/water thing too.


There are plenty of organizations that will take wild game for donation. FHFH.org is one I founded a chapter with when I lived in California. A google search will yield many results. They usually have a list of processers that you can take them too.

Nice piggies. We usually manage to trap a few on our deer lease when we are there for an extended period of time and can check the traps regularly. The rancher we lease from wants them off of the property, so they are generally dispatched, butchered and put up in the freezer. Good eats for sure.

Congrats on a nice little operation you got going.
