You can buy long guns across the counter from an FFL in another state.
Private sales and all handguns must be shipped to an FFL in your home state.
Remember ATF attends gun shows and does stings.

I think the population in Guymon would support a gunshow, especially since there are rural areas that would provide customers too, Hooker, Adams, Keyes, Hardesty, Boise City, Texoma, Balko, etc.

But getting vendors out there would be tough. That is a long drive. I think Woodward would be a lot more likely.
