I choose to think that you are loosing interest in the site because you wouldnt loose interest in shooting of some form.

I can understand this as well. I have not been here too long, but I have let myself get sucked into threads on politics, yea or nay on unions, and many other items I should have steered away from. I usually post my opinion just for information, but after clicking the POST button, in the end, my opinion really does not matter on those items.

This site is absolutely the best place to go for carrying firearm information, product recommendations, and making you aware of things to keep you out of trouble. With that, there is frequently posted very solid information, but also there are a lot of diverse opinions. As long as they are civil, I consider opinions choices to think about. Frequently a little different twist on things turns on my light bulb. I take all that apply to me, tossing the rest.

I really appreciate the time and effort put into the information posted here, and especially to the moderators for keeping this site up and running. I would think it would be close to having a second job with no pay, and most likely little acknowledged appreciation.

I was thinking recently that I for one intend to keep on track of what I am here for, having fun, not arguing about personal opinions of non firearm items. I hope we can all still have fun and be educated at the same time.

Wherever your journey takes you Okietool, I wish you well. Thank you for your posts that have enlightened me and others.
