We had that old dog in El Reno for the Heritage Days I think back around 08-09 - some of us that worked that deal got to ride it up to Kingfisher and be bused back to El Reno- I'm sure it would not be as much fun if you did it all the time, but every train ride I ever took was a blast to me.

I was hoping it was going to travel through Ponca on this trip, but not going to happen.

the transportation museum in ST louis MO has one, big boy 4006.,, you can go right up to it and even climb up in the cab..mostly trains and cars, but a great place to visit, about 2 hours to see it all.

We spent the summer in Duluth Minnesota in the RV. We toured the train museum there with dozens of locomotives to remove snow, remove landslides, luxury cars and so on. Well worth the price and tour.
