When I was living in Grady Co. I'd pay just over $1 a gallon in Aug. every year for 17 years. If I rean out in Jan. it would be $3. So I never ran out.Wow! That's great! Haven't seen anything under $1.70 around my area (Eufaula) in years!!!
I heat with wood but tore up both my shoulders in late 2019. surgery for the 1st one in January, surgery for the other one in June and then again in October, didn't get to cut much wood last year. Sometimes a person has to buy wood.You pay for wood to burn?

yes, or summer time.......... My 350 gallon tank goes pretty quick when we have frozen tundra weather@!!Back when we used propane we would always fill our 500 gal tank in the early fall while price was still low and could make it for a year til we had to fill again.
