I wish that the Yeti and RTIC were not made in China.

I think some Yetis are made here and others made in the Philippians, but there's no way to know the origin before you buy unless maybe a store is stocking both and you can compare in person. Otherwise, luck of the draw on online orders.

Pelicans are made in the USA and right now the white 65-quart on Amazon is $263 with free shipping. I was tempted by this, but the external dimensions are too big for my car (the Grizzly 60-quart is already big enough) and the 45-quart is too small of a capacity for me. Also, their warranty isn't as extensive as Grizzly's.

Pelican Warranty:
Pelican Products, Inc. ("Pelican") guarantees its coolers for a lifetime against breakage or defects in workmanship. To the extent permitted by law, Pelican's liability is limited to the cooler and not its contents. This lifetime guarantee does not cover rubber feet, drain plug/spigot, gasket, or other cooler accessories, which Pelican warrants against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase. Pelican coolers are not intended for the storage or transportation of hazardous substances. All warranty claims of any nature are barred if the cooler has been altered, damaged or in any way physically changed, or subjected to abuse, misuse, negligence or accident. For complete warranty details, see http://www.pelican.com/warranty

Grizzly's Warranty:
Grizzly Coolers LLC warrants Grizzly Coolers to be free from manufacturers defects in material or workmanship under normal use and service for a lifetime from the date of original purchase. This warranty is your exclusive warranty and there are no warranties that extend beyond the description warranted here. If warranty applies, Grizzly Coolers shall either repair the product or component or provide you with a replacement product or component if it provides defective under the terms of this warranty within the lifetime of the original purchaser. The warranty is not transferable. Owner must present original proof of purchase to obtain warranty service. Dealers, service centers or retail stores do not have the right to change the terms and conditions of the warranty. This warranty is not valid if the product or components have been: (1) used commercially, (2) damaged through abuse, misuse or neglect, (3) damaged in an accident, (4) unreasonably used or used for any purpose for which it was not intended, (5) repaired or altered in any way from it’s original configuration, (6) damaged due to any act of nature. Normal wear and tear, including dents, slight warping, delamination, scratches, discolouration, fading, nonsticking graphics or wear to skid pads is not covered under this warranty. Loss of parts or components removed from the product is not covered under the terms of this warranty. Grizzly Coolers is not responsible for incidental or consequential damage resulting from any malfunction. Grizzly Coolers reserves the right to change products and designs without incurring any obligations to incorporate such changes into already completed products, or those in the possession of dealers or consumers. Coolers repaired or replaced under this warranty may or may not incorporate these changes. Please carefully review the care instructions manual for proper use and care of your Grizzly Cooler.

It appears that Grizzly's lifetime warranty includes all parts and pieces where Pelican's does not (at least after 90 days).

Someone on Amazon mentioned their Walmart-bought Pelican had a sweating drain plug. Wasn't leaking like this, and he sealed it up with some aquarium sealant, but for $300+ MSRP, you should be able to use these things right out of the box. Seems to not be the norm, and every product will have the rare situation, but if he's telling the truth, the way Pelican handled it really sucks.
