You can't win your argument for the same reason that the state couldn't win their case.
1. There is no evidence to back your wild speculation.
2. The evidence backs Zimmerman's version of events.
3. The state failed to establish an alternate version of events, backed by evidence, that proved criminal behavior by Zimmerman.

While watching RJ testify, I was wondering why the defense wasn't impeaching her testimony based on her perjury and inconsistencies.
In the end, when you sort the fly specks from the pepper, the state's "star witness" went a long way in backing GZ's story.

The false narrative that TM was some innocent kid who was hunted down by a racist murderer has been destroyed.
Keep beating that dead horse if you want.
The truth has come out. The crime that night was committed by TM, and he was the one using racial slurs.

I'm not arguing the result of the trial. I keep saying that. Not sure why nobody can see that. The verdict is what it is and that's that. Whatever...not my issue.
I take issue with labeling a dead teenager a thug. And not a single person have given me a strong answer to sway me otherwise. The reasons that have been given a lacking...and broad enough to cover many of the forum members here.
I take issue with the fact that a black teen is a criminal because he wears his pants sagging. Regardless of how much I can not stand this and how ridiculous it looks to me, clothing, haircut, makeup, jewelry do not make a criminal.
I've had students get suspended for various reasons, sometimes fighting...sometimes I'm that teacher that gets them suspended. The ones that return are usually the ones that I get along with from that point on...are they thugs?
Drugs & alcohol? I've long said that they should test students...I've also said that we'd lose half our student body if we did. How many of us here are guilty of the same? This makes them teenagers making dumb decision...not necessarily criminals.

It's not about the events that preceded the altercation or how it unfolded...that's based on interpretation. The end result is what mattered...was GZ justified in drawing his firearm and pulling the trigger. The evidence didn't prove that TM was a thug/criminal. It didn't prove that prove that GZ did absolutely nothing wrong on that evening. The evidence provided for reasonable doubt...and since GZ was innocent until proven guilty, he was acquitted.

Say what? You don't have any evidence that Martin wasn't the aggressor. I think that a reasonable man or jury that looked at all the evidence in it's totality would conclude that Martin was in fact the aggressor. The turning point would be when he jumped on top of Zimmerman after knocking him to the ground. If he was simply defending himself he would have fled the scene and sought safety after punching Zimmerman in the face and knocking him to the ground. Jumping on top of him and continuing the assault clearly shows what Martin's state of mind was at the time. Reasonable people that are in fear of their life don't stay around to "finish the victim off".

So if you have to use your firearm to defend yourself can we assume that you will only fire one shot?

There's a plenty of evidence that Martin was the aggressor.
I take it that you've abandoned your genius theory that Martin attacked Zimmerman for "stalking" him?
Your story changes, yet your idiocy remains consistent.

Stalking is a form of assault, making your hero the aggressor. My opinion is the same, Martin was scared and defended himself and Georgie's stalking was the beginning of the confrontation.

Sole dissenting juror:

“You can’t put the man in jail even though in our hearts we felt he was guilty,” Maddy said. “But we had to grab our hearts and put it aside and look at the evidence.”

stupid laws and evidence making it hard to convict on emotion.....
