Only had 1 ND so far 30 years ago. Had a copperhead 2' away from me. Drew my Colt Python and shot 3 inches from my foot, missing the snake by two feet.
Go into any public indoor range, look at the bullet strikes at your feet and in the ceiling just above your head.I've only shot at an indoor, public range once, way back in 1990 when I was attending CLEET. I stopped in at H&H for a little remedial training from my buddy Will Andrews. I didn't stay a real long time, probably less than an hour.
My question is, and please excuse my ignorance. Like I said, I do not frequent public ranges, why do the not allow rapid fire?

Now you will know why I never shoot at an indoor range unless it's a competition without the public.
While they don't like rapid fire and prohibit it , I've rented machine guns at H&H many times and shot them on the range . I used to do so for lunch breaks when I worked in OKC about twice a month..
My suspicion is insurance, but I couldn't confirm that.So why do they allow you to go full auto with theirs, but say nay-nay if you rapid fire yours?
Don't forget the P320D tooAD = Accidental Discharge
ND = Negligent Discharge
XD = Coffee Table Discharge
Don't forget the P320D too
Cops come and shoot with us at our range. They always ask if they can use their duty weapon.That's why I avoid public ranges and only shoot with cops once a year. You would think they were more cautious than anyone, but I've been muzzle swept many times.
