Due to sons football game couldnt be out there this morning. Im pumped about this afternoon though. Gonna sit 2:30 til dark. Should be a good evening.
this morning was awesome. cool but almost to calm. as the breeze picked up i got to feeling better about the hunt. ended up not seeing anything but going back out this afternnon. good luck to you Bulls eye. it should be a nice evening hunt as well.
Due to my wife and I's schedule, I can only hunting in the evenings. Only thing I saw on wednesday was cows. Yesterday I decided to move my blind. I was clearing out a spot, turned out and 2 does were 20 ft away from me just watching me. We had a staring contest for about 3 minutes before they got spooked and took off.
Sat from 2-7 and didnt see a deer. Did almost get attacked by a squirrel and saw a snake fall from a tree. I seem t0 always see some crazy stuff in the woods.
