I've had good luck with the TI batteries. I don't use my lights a TON, so as far as which brand lasts longer, I really can't say. They're awesome for the price. I usually keep 5 or 6 extra hanging around just in case.

Just an FYI...if you put any other brand of batts in a Surefire other than theirs and something happens, it will void the warranty.
Surefire has too good of a warranty to jeopardize by saving just a few dollars buying cheaper batts. Therefore, I only use Surefire brand batts in my lights.
